I appreciated being able to call Tee Tee and explain what I needed help with (migraine pain) and she made excellent recommendations for me to try. She is a great communicator and knows her products inside and out. And even more impressive, I called in pain at 7:30pm and she delivered at 9:30pm--incredible!! I have used this dispensary in the past and I had exactly the same experience working with her, knowledgable and she clearly cared. And as other reviewers have said it's great to support a black, female owned business in the Bay Area. read less -

Before, I had to get a medical certificate to get relief from my issues and would drive to various dispensaries but it was such an ordeal. Once it became legal, I tried other delivery services but wasn't satisfied with the selection and mostly the service.

Every since experiencing Tee Tee's family-style care (I really feel like I'm her family, too), she's been my one and only since Euphorium started up. She personally suggested all the goodies I needed to help my symptoms and helped me to survive the initial, I call it COVID-Terror. I lost my job last year due to downsizing and she is still getting me my through my sleepless nights wondering if I'll ever find a new job. Love chatting when she delivers; we could go on forever. She gives me hope and understanding and that family kind of love. Geez, I could go on and on...

Summary: Superior costumer service. Always communicative when what I ordered is out-of-stock and suggests, probably even better options. Timely delivery even if it's close to closing. She adds a personal touch to every order with some extras more than occasionally. You can not go wrong with Euphorium. Absolutely with no doubt, I will forever be a customer and have and will continue recommending Euphorium to family and friends. Seriously, the best of best of the best! read less -

Read MoreI just had one of the best retail/shopping experiences of my life, which sounds dramatic, but it's true. It was past time for me to buy from a Black-owned shop, and Euphorium came up in my searches. They had what I was looking for, and the online ordering process was really straightforward. I placed my order expecting a pretty impersonal experience, a long delay before delivery, and and a moderate likelihood that an item I purchased might be out of stock, since that's how most of my in-person and delivery experiences with other retailers have been in the past--there's often an issue with an item being out of stock, or a mix-up/wrong item delivered. Usually, I get a text with the updated timeline or a prompt to choose something else, which is a little annoying but not a huge deal, and what I expect from a large retailer.

My delivery was running a little later than is customary, and instead of just getting a text or an impersonal notification alerting me to the adjusted timeline, I received a personal call from Tee Tee explaining the situation, followed by really excellent customer service. This may seem like a minor issue or what "should" be expected from a retailer, but her willingness to go above and beyond for what I see as a minor, relatively common issue highlighted the difference in quality between her business, and the ones I've bought from in the past. She really sets the standard, and it's clear Euphoria is a cut above.

I will literally never buy from anywhere else, as long as I am within their delivery radius and/or live within 45 minutes of the storefront. read less -
