Choosing the right cannabis products and ordering your first delivery is something we love to help with. Below, we’ve comprised a list of the most commonly asked questions. We’re always available to help if you have a question we haven’t answered here, just send us a message.

Do you serve recreational & medical customers?

Absolutely. We are a California state-licensed cannabis delivery service located in Oakland, California. We serve recreational customers over the age of 21 with a valid government ID. We also serve medical customers over the age of 18 with a valid California medical marijuana card. Out of state medical cards are not accepted.

How does the loyalty program work?

EUPHORIUM is BIG on saving you money.  In the spirit of this goal, we introduce you to our our new and improved loyalty program!  Now offering cash redemptions, we will deposit into your loyalty account one point for every pretax dollar you spend!

These points can be redeemed right from your customer wallet for cash off your order, but MUST NOT EXCEED 25% OF YOUR SUBTOTAL. EASY PEASY!

What taxes apply?

Since the implementation of Proposition 64 in 2018, there are now three mandated taxes on all cannabis purchases.

  • State Excise Tax
  • California State Sales Tax
  • City Cannabis Tax

These taxes typically total approximately 30% and vary slightly depending on your delivery location.

What are your hours?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 11 am – 9 pm and Sunday from 12 pm – 8 pm.

What is your return policy?

Returns are ONLY accepted for defective products. All product must be returned in it’s original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

All returns must be within 2 days of the purchase date. Returns after 2 days from the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason.

We will process your return within 24 hours and refund the total amount due via your original payment method.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Correct. All orders must be placed during normal business hours. You can expect your delivery in 90 minutes or less!

What payment options are available?

Currently, we accept Cash & Hypur, which is cashless alternative. Payment will be required upon delivery.
