It was past time for me to buy from a Black-owned shop, and Euphorium came up in my searches. They had what I was looking for, and the online ordering process was really straightforward. I placed my order expecting a pretty impersonal experience, a long delay before delivery, and and a moderate likelihood that an item I purchased might be out of stock, since that's how most of my in-person and delivery experiences with other retailers have been in the past--there's often an issue with an item being out of stock, or a mix-up/wrong item delivered. Usually, I get a text with the updated timeline or a prompt to choose something else, which is a little annoying but not a huge deal, and what I expect from a large retailer.My delivery was running a little later than is customary, and instead of just getting a text or an impersonal notification alerting me to the adjusted timeline, I received a personal call from Tee Tee explaining the situation, followed by really excellent customer service. This may seem like a minor issue or what "should" be expected from a retailer, but her willingness to go above and beyond for what I see as a minor, relatively common issue highlighted the difference in quality between her business, and the ones I've bought from in the past. She really sets the standard, and it's clear Euphoria is a cut above.I will literally never buy from anywhere else, as long as I am within their delivery radius and/or live within 45 minutes of the storefront. read less -

And I used to be one of the people always wanting to try the latest / greatest place. But after shopping at Euphroium, founded and led the super amazing Tee Tee, there is no reason to shop elsewhere. 3 reasons to stop your hunt for the perfect store and start shopping at Euphorium:1. Customer service. Tee Tee is always on point. The few times there has been a mistake with an order, she's been quick to fix it. Occasionally, she has surprised me with some special gifts. And since she knows I'm vegan, she periodically will reach out to me to let me know she has new vegan edible treats to try!2. She always has a great selection of flowers, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and many other things. And if she doesn't have something you want, just ask and she'll do her best to try to get that product.3. My dog loves her. My dog is awesome but he barks at every person who shows up at the front door. Even people he's met many times. But not at Tee Tee. Instead, he runs up to her and smiles and asks for pets. That says a lot about her!Also, she recently redid her website and now it's super easy to use. And you get points every time you shop which eventually gets you free stuff! Over time, she's watched what I've ordered, checked on how things have been working for me, and given me great advice on changes I can make to best meet my needs. I also love supporting this Black-owned, family business. The young men (cousins) making the deliveries are real sweethearts (I can say that - I'm 70), who show their concern for my safety (and my neighbors), always in masks as soon as they set foot on the property and maintaining social distance. BTW, I found Euphorium because I was looking for a specific brand of product recommended to my by a friend. They were one of the very few services who carried it - another indicator of quality and choice. Try Euphorium! read less -
