Chef Henry was born and raised in Oakland CA. He honed his Culinary skills by working at some of the best restaurants / Catering companies in the Bay Area for the last 15 years.
Chef Henry created Chefs Way Catering for everyone that wants a unique dining experience without having to lift a finger. The company specializes in taking humble dishes and using modern techniques, as well as the best produce to enhance dishes to make them extraordinary.
We partner with some of the best Chefs, local Fisherman, Butchers and Farmers in the bay. Our favorite events are weddings. We love creating these once in a lifetime experiences for the Bride and Groom. We are all about making those food dreams come true for our clients. We make it all: Breads, Desserts, fresh pasta, smoked meats the list goes on.
