With spring of 2016 bringing degrees and a return to their respective hometowns of Oakland & Richmond, Bryce and his lifetime friends acted on their knowledge of the strength of community support, founding The Black Neighborhood.

TBN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to the health and well-being of Black people through education, advocacy, and empowerment. Their aim is to organize powerful, connected black communities that have total access to all resources necessary to live abundantly.
